Allow me to introduce myself—I am Shelly-Ann Mohammed, the founder of LA&CCA. My journey in law, leadership, and fostering change combined with my passion for creating solutions to provide greater opportunity to the Latin American & Caribbean community, led me to found in 2013 the Association of Caribbean Corporate Counsel which grew to over 12,000 members and to the launch of the Latin American & Caribbean Counsel Association. With over a decade of experience as a lawyer and CEO of various professional organizations, I am deeply passionate about driving forward-looking strategies that align with the dynamic shifts in the legal world. My role as the head of ACCA Caribbean and South America granted me invaluable insights into working with key stakeholders to shape our region's future.
